Our mission is to create opportunities for participation, education, appreciation, and enjoyment of the arts for all people.  Our vision is aiming to serve the people of Arkansas River Valley  in our determination to encourage youth and adults to improve the quality of life, including socio-economic status, for themselves and their community though involvement in and expansion of the creative community.  We provide quality public programs, enrichment, and cultural opportunities by investing in new ways to serve and involve residents and visitors.
